SENIOR QS / CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
SAUD ARABIA
Our client, is a general contractor in the highly competitive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) fields currently involved in several civil construction, hotel, high rise buildings plus oil refinery, petrochem, oil and gas projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Jubail. They are currently seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR.
Duties to include:-
· Develop and lead a team of QS’s
· Evaluate contracts at bidding stage.
· Handle contractual correspondences.
· Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors.
· Claim defense and claim preparation.
Candidates should be well qualified, preferably with University degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Contract Administration and have at least 10 years experience including large civil construction projects with value > $100 million preferably with some previous Middle East work experience working with Contractors.
