HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
SAUDI ARABIA
Our client, is a general contractor in the highly competitive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) fields currently involved in several civil construction, hotel, high rise buildings plus oil refinery, petrochem, oil and gas projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Jubail. They are currently seeking an HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to manage an existing HR department with 5000 employees.
Duties will include:
· To set up systems and procedures for personnel management to improve employees’ satisfaction.
· Coordinate with various recruiting/executive search companies to seek out required candidates.
· Performs initial candidates’ evaluation
Candidates should be well qualified, preferably with University degree with a Masters in Administration, and have at least 10 years experience in large companies with at least 2000 employees preferably with some previous Middle East work experience.
