PROJECT MANAGER
Civil Construction - SAUDI ARABIA
Our client, is a general contractor in the highly competitive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) fields currently involved in several civil construction, hotel, high rise buildings plus oil refinery, petrochem, oil and gas projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Jubail. They are currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to manage a civil construction project >$ 200 Million in infrastructure and buildings.
Duties to include:
· Overlooks planning, scheduling and cost control for the entire project.
· Be familiar with engineering and design coordination requirements.
· Coordinates with Procurement and sets procurement policies and schedules for the project.
· Coordinates with consultant and client, and handles all contractual correspondences.
· Handles financial matters including invoices, variations and claims.
Candidates should be well qualified, preferably with BSc Civil Engineering or Architecture and have at least 10 years experience, including 5 years in a Project Management position in Civil Construction preferably with Middle East work experience with Contractors.
